What To Expect In The 5th Season Of Lost

It's the second to the last term. Queries are certain to be addressed. Obscurities are sure to be solved. Surprises are certain to be exposed.

And to the television series' tradition, new questions, more and new secrets are sure to be initiated.

Take a peak at Lost, television's number one show for the past four years. And this year , we will see the 5th term of the television franchise, the next to the final term of a 6-year story as said by series creator JJ Abrams.

So what can we anticipate from the program this time?

- In Season 4, the program changed from centering on the characters' history to the future of the alleged Oceanic 6. Part 5 is sure to focus on how the elements of the Oceanic 6 will discover their path back to the deserted land which vanished from its previous location. Program producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, however, have stated that the 5th season of Lost will utilize a creative manner to present both flashbacks and flashforwards.

- Jeremy Bentham's novel will be bared, i.E. How John Locke assumed the name, how he escaped the deserted land when he was believed to lead the individuals who opted to stay behind, how he died, and how he will be able to join the other constituents of the Oceanic 6 on their endeavor back to the island.

- Charles Widmore's role in the program will be exposed. Is he an antagonist, or merely a billionaire interested with the island for some misinterpreted reason? What is his relation with Benjamin Linus, and why can't they just kill each other? What will be the result of his new collaboration with Sun.

- Talking about Sun, we will know if he is even one of the good guys, or if she has completely turned her back on the group by joining Widmore's camp.
